Apple Pie Bread as the name says it’s apple pie baked into a bread with out the hassle of dealing with the pie crust. Also, who doesn’t love a nice piece of bread with so much flavour! I was kind of scared when I first gave this recipe a try as it might be too moist in the middle and the bread might crumble but the bread turned out great and I made it a few times after the first trail on demand from my kids.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time : 50 minutes
Makes : 1 loaf of bread
Apples : 2 small peeled and chopped
Brown sugar : 1/3 + 1/3 cup
Ground Cinnamon :1/2 tablespoon
Butter : 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) at room temperature
White sugar : 1/3 cup
Eggs : 2 beaten
Vanilla extract : 1 teaspoon
Cold milk : 1/3 cup
All purpose flour : 1 1/2 cups
Baking powder : 2 teaspoons
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour the loaf pan or you can place a parchment paper and flour it.
In a small bowl, add 1/3 cup of brown sugar and ground cinnamon and mix well. Keep it aside.
