Unsalted Butter : 1 cup or 2 sticks
Sugar : 2 1/4 cups
Eggs : 4 Large
Cocoa Powder : 1 1/4 cups
Salt : 1 teaspoon
Baking Powder : 1 teaspoon
Vanilla Extract : 2 teaspoons
Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit and grease a 9X13 cake pan.
In a microwavable container melt butter, then add sugar, stir and microwave for 2 more minutes.
Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes, add eggs and beat until they are fluffy and properly blended.
Now add in all the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake it for 30 minutes or the toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Once the Brownie is baked, Let the Pan rest for 5-8 minutes before cutting and serving.
