Dosa Batter: 4 cups without mixing water.
Onion : 1 medium chopped finely 
Green chilies: 4 chopped finely 
Ginger: 2″ piece minced 
Jeera/cumin: 1 tsp 
Rice flour : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste 
Mix all ingredients and your batter is ready.
Heat oil for deep frying, start dropping a tsp size batter into the oil until you fill the pan and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Drain them onto a paper towel, to get rid of the excess oil. 
Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
