This Cappuccino ice cream is dairy free, vegan treat. Frozen banana as a base, this is a healthy ice cream to enjoy.

Freezing Time : 4 hours

Bananas : 3 overripe, sliced and frozen
Black coffee : 1/2 cup cold
Cocoa Powder : 1/4 cup
Sweetener : 2 tablespoons (optional)
Vanilla extract : 1 teaspoon
in a blender jar or food processor, add all the ingredients listed and blend on high speed until the mixture is soft and creamy.
Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for 4 hours.
