This is a easy recipe for chicken legs that are rubbed with blend of spices and baked to perfection. I love to use the whole leg but thighs can be used as well.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Bake Time : 45 minutes

Serves : 4

Ingredients:

Chicken Legs : 5

Extra virgin olive oil : 2 tablespoons

Salt : 1 teaspoon

Ground black pepper : 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic powder : 1 teaspoon

Onion powder : 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder : 1 teaspoon

Ground cumin : 1/2 teaspoon

Cayenne pepper : 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a oven safe dish, place the chicken legs and dab them with paper towels and make slits.

In a small bowl, add all the spices and mix well.

Rub the spice mixture to the chicken legs and bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Serve immediately with some grilled/sautéed veggies.
