Mango is in season and I have a lot of them at home that I got from my farm. Kids are getting bored of eating plain mangoes so I made this parfait and my daughter loved it. This parfait has the goodness of fresh mango pulp, yogurt, few mango pieces and lots of granola.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serves : 1
Ingredients:
Fresh Mango pulp : 1 1/2 cups
Yogurt : 3/4 cup
Sugar : 1 teaspoon
Mango chunks : A few
Granola with nuts : 1/4 cup
Instructions:
Add sugar to yogurt and beat well.
In a Glass or jar, add mango pulp, yogurt and top it off with Mango Chunks and then with Granola.
Serve immediately.
