This Apple and Pomegranate Smoothie is a nutrient packed smoothie. I make a healthy mix at home that consists of nuts and dry fruits. Adding healthy mix to the smoothie makes it rich in nutrients. It gives a lot of flavour to the smoothie.

Pomegranate : 1 seeds and flesh
Apple : 1 diced with skins
Yogurt : 5 tablespoons
Healthy Mix : 3 tablespoons
Sugar : 2 tablespoons (optional)
Take all the ingredients into a blender jar and blend till smooth.
