This rice is a very simple dish with lots of flavours. The potatoes are boiled and cooked in spices. No need to peel the skins as the skin of baby potatoes is very tender and can be eaten. My daughter loved this rice and she said her friends loved it too.

Sending this recipe over to our BM #109, week 1, day 3 under Rice dishes.
