Wet Ingredients:

Milk : 1 cup at room temperature

Eggs : 2 large at room temperature

Vegetable oil : 1/2 cup

Vanilla extract : 2 teaspoons

Coffee : 1 cup

Method:

Sift all the dry ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
