Preparation Time: 10 minutes 

Bake Time: 15-17 minutes 
Serves : 4-5
Zucchini: 2 large 
Breadcrumbs: 4oz
Shredded Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup
Red chili powder: 1/2 cup 
Dried parsley: 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
Egg : 1 large 
Pre heat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Cut the zucchini in half and then into 1″ long pieces. 
Mix all the ingredients except egg.
Break the egg and beat it.
Dip the zucchini pieces into egg and then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Lay them on a baking sheet and bake for 15 -17 minutes. Turn them in between so all sides are crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
