Preparation Time:  5 minutes 

Cook Time: 20 minutes 
Serves: 4-6
Russet Potatoes: 4 medium 
Butter : 1/4 cup
Cream cheese: 1/4 cup 
Pepper: 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
Wash, cut and boil the potatoes by adding 1/2 tsp of salt. (Should take about 15 minutes roughly).
Peel the skin off and mash up the potatoes really well. 
Add the cream cheese and butter, put it in microwave for 3-4 minutes until the butter is melted. Mix well, add salt and pepper and mix well again.
Serve hot with gravy.
